An order placed on this site is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract once we confirm it — usually by phone. We may decline an order where the item is out of stock, the price was listed in error, or we cannot verify the delivery details.

• All prices are in Pakistani Rupees and include applicable taxes.
• The price charged is the price shown when you place the order, calculated by our server — not by your browser.
• Delivery charges are shown separately before you confirm.
• We correct pricing errors when we find them. If a confirmed order was affected, we contact you and you may cancel for a full refund.

Stock is reserved when your order is placed. On the rare occasion an item becomes unavailable after confirmation, we will contact you to offer an alternative, a delay, or a full refund.

We accept cash on delivery and online payment. For cash on delivery, payment is collected in full when the order arrives. Ownership of the goods passes to you once payment is received.

Products carry the manufacturer's warranty as stated on the product page. The warranty is provided by the manufacturer, and claims are handled through their authorised service centres — we will help you start and follow a claim.

Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorised repair, voltage faults where no stabiliser was used, or normal wear.

Returns, replacements and cancellations are governed by our Return Policy, which forms part of these terms.

We describe products as accurately as we can. Specifications come from the manufacturer and may change without notice, and images are illustrative — colour may vary slightly from what your screen shows. If a delivered product does not match its description, treat it as a wrong item under the Return Policy.

You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe it has been used without your permission. We may suspend an account used for fraudulent orders.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Sahiwal.
