Privacy Policy

• To deliver your order: name, phone number, delivery address, landmark and any delivery instructions you give us. An email address if you choose to provide one.
• If you create an account: your name, email and a securely hashed password. We never store your password itself.
• Automatically: basic technical information such as your IP address and browser, used to keep the site secure and working.

We do not collect payment card details. Cash on delivery involves no card data at all, and online payments are handled by the payment provider.

• To process, deliver and support your order.
• To contact you about that order — confirmation, dispatch and delivery.
• To handle warranty claims and returns.
• To detect and prevent fraudulent orders.

• We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
• We do not share your details with advertisers.
• We do not send marketing messages unless you ask us to.

Only where it is necessary to complete your order: delivery partners receive your name, address and phone number; manufacturers receive what is needed to process a warranty claim. Each receives the minimum required, and nothing more.

• Passwords are hashed with bcrypt and can never be read back, by us or anyone else.
• Sessions use httpOnly cookies, so no script running in your browser can read them.
• Traffic is encrypted in transit, and access to customer data is limited to staff who need it.

You can view and update your details from your account at any time. To request a copy of your data, or its deletion, email info@ibrarelectronic.pk. Note that we must retain order records for tax and warranty purposes even after an account is closed.

We use cookies that are necessary for the site to function — keeping you signed in and remembering your cart. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
