Shipping Policy

Delivery is free on orders of Rs 50,000 and above.

• Orders below Rs 50,000: Rs 500 delivery charge.
• Bulky items (refrigerators, air conditioners, washing machines, deep freezers, cooking ranges) below the free-delivery threshold: Rs 1,000, because they cannot travel by ordinary courier.
• The exact charge is always shown in your cart and again at checkout before you confirm — you will never be asked for more on delivery than the total you agreed.

Orders are dispatched within one working day of confirmation. Typical delivery is 2–5 working days depending on your city.

• Sahiwal and nearby: often next working day.
• Major cities: 2–3 working days.
• Smaller towns and remote areas: 3–5 working days.

We call you before dispatch to confirm your address and a convenient delivery window.

We deliver nationwide across Pakistan, including Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta and beyond. If your area is not listed at checkout, choose “Other” and we will confirm coverage when we call.

• Check the packaging before signing. If the carton is visibly damaged, refuse the delivery and call us immediately.
• For cash on delivery, please keep the exact order total ready — our riders may not carry change for large appliances.
• Large appliances are delivered to your doorstep. Installation is arranged separately with the manufacturer’s service team, and we will give you the contact details.
• Keep your invoice — it is required for any warranty claim.

If nobody is available at the address after two attempts, the order is returned to our warehouse and we will contact you to rearrange. Repeated failed deliveries on a cash on delivery order may be cancelled.
